As our Toy Library Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our library is a vibrant, organized, and welcoming space. This role combines the joy of play with the satisfaction of organization and community engagement. You'll manage everything from toy inventories to member interactions, embodying our mission of sustainability and community every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Catalog & Physical Inventory Management: Update data, manage new item intake, curate toy displays, and oversee the loan process.

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide engaging experiences, assist in toy selection, and handle front-desk duties.

• Operational Efficiency: Lead volunteer teams, maintain cleaning routines, and manage supply tracking.

Essential Qualifications:

• A versatile skill set, comfortable both in playful and administrative roles.

• Experience with children and knowledge of progressive parenting techniques.

• Retail or customer-facing experience, with a knack for maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in inventory and space management.

• A self-starter attitude, thriving in a laid-back yet responsible culture.

• Strong communication skills, essential for team collaboration and member engagement.

• Passion for a low-waste lifestyle and commitment to our eco-conscious mission.

• Must be able to start by April 1 or sooner.
