About the Event:

Welcome to the East Falls 5th Annual Halloween Parade and Block Party, hosted by Rutabaga Toy Library! This event is a collaborative effort of the community, celebrating the spirit of Halloween and our wonderful neighborhood. 

Event Highlights:

• Halloween Parade: The parade kicks off at 3:30 PM and winds through our vibrant neighborhood. We invite neighbors to line the parade route and hand out candy (candy donations welcome!).

• Activity Stations: Join in the fun with engaging stations hosted by local organizations and businesses. Enjoy activities like face painting, arts & crafts, a photo booth, and more, all provided by our enthusiastic local partners.

• Stage Entertainment: Join us on stage for a fantastic lineup of entertainment and activities! Show off your creativity in our Costume Contest (read our Blog post here), and participate in the Freeze Dance Challenge and other delightful games and surprises throughout the event.
