Summer Camp Sliding Scale
When founding Rutabaga in 2019, it’s been our goal to create a space accessible to all, without financial barriers, so everyone can participate in our earth-friendly approach to play. We believe that the benefits of playing in nature are enormous, and we want as many people to join as possible.
The Rutabaga Scholarship is funded by generous donors in our community and 100% of the proceeds of our Second-Hand Toy sales. This scholarship greatly reduces the financial burden of attending our Nature Arts summer camp program and helping create a diverse experience for all campers.
SLIDING SCALE Applicants:
A sliding scale supports our values of accessibility and inclusiveness. This policy relies on an honor system, as it is up to you to choose the level that best describes your family.
